We took a hike today in Irvine with our friends....it was so fun!!

Beautiful weather for a hike too!

We headed to Big Bear for the long weekend, after along drive, we arrive for a bite to eat..can't wait to get into the snow!!!

After we drop the kids at ski school, Ed & I head straight to the top of the mountain for many black diamond runs!!

Basketball Star

Kayla got a horseback riding lesson and trail ride for Christmas from Ned & jeansie. Here she is starting out all geared up!

Here she starts in the stable to practice then off on a trail ride....LOVING THIS! her horse was HOT ROD!

Loved every minute, can't wait to do it again! Thanks Gig & Jeans!!

We celebrated New Years Eve with a 3 family progressive dinner & some poker to end the night. Was fun for all! Happy 2009!!

We were sad to see Papa go....we'll miss you!!
